Job Role :  Accounts & Store In-Charge is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities along with inventory and store operations. The role ensures accurate financial records, proper stock control of electronic components and materials, and smooth coordination between accounts, procurement, and production departments.

Key Responsibilities :  

  • Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, and financial records
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare daily, monthly, and annual financial reports
  • Assist in GST compliance, returns, and statutory documentation
  • Manage receipt, storage, and issue of electronic components and materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requests
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of electronic items
  • Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation
  • Coordinate with purchase, production, and quality departments
  • Maintain store documentation such as GRN, issue slips, and stock reports
