Administrative Officer
Job Role : Administrative Officer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the Nagari Sahakari Patsanstha, ensuring smooth functioning, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective support to all departments. The role involves coordinating internal operations, managing staff, maintaining records, and assisting in strategic planning.
Key Responsibility : Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflow. Maintain records, files, and official documentation accurately. Manage office supplies, assets, and vendor coordination. Ensure compliance with cooperative society rules and regulations. Assist in preparation of statutory reports and audits. Support recruitment, training, and HR-related processes. Coordinate payroll, leaves, and employee records management. Facilitate internal communication and organize meetings/events. Liaise with members to address queries and grievances. Assist management in operational planning and policy implementation.
