Job Role :  Admission Coordinator manages the end-to-end admission process, supports prospective students, maintains application records, and ensures smooth coordination between applicants, counsellors, and administrative departments.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Coordinate the entire admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Maintain and update student application records, databases, and documentation.
  • Assist prospective students with forms, eligibility checks, and admission procedures.
  • Schedule counseling sessions, interviews, entrance tests, and campus visits.
  • Communicate admission updates, deadlines, and requirements to students and parents.
  • Collaborate with admission counsellors, academic teams, and the admin office for seamless operations.
  • Support admission events, open houses, and outreach activities.
  • Generate admission reports and track progress toward enrollment targets.
