Job Role : Architect is responsible for designing residential and commercial real estate projects, ensuring functional, aesthetic, and sustainable designs. This role involves creating layouts, collaborating with clients and engineers, and overseeing the design implementation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare conceptual and detailed architectural designs for projects.
- Develop drawings, plans, and 3D models using CAD and BIM software.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors for project execution.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Review and approve construction drawings and material specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and quality.
