Job Role :  Area Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving business operations across assigned regions, ensuring the growth of student enrollments and placements for UG & PG programs in Engineering, Medical, MBA, and Law. This role involves managing teams, building relationships with students, educational institutions, and stakeholders, and achieving regional targets. 

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Develop and execute regional strategies to achieve enrollment and placement targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of counselors, sales executives, and coordinators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, coaching centers, and other educational partners.
  • Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics, sales reports, and enrollment trends.
  • Plan and organize events, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities to generate leads.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the region.
  • Provide training and support to the team to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Address student queries, complaints, and feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on regional performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
