Assistant Professor
Job Role : Assistant Professor of Nursing is responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate nursing students, guiding clinical practice, conducting academic research, and contributing to the overall academic development of the institution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Teach nursing subjects as per curriculum and academic schedule
- Prepare lesson plans, lectures, and teaching materials
- Supervise students during clinical postings and practical training
- Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and evaluations
- Guide student research, projects, and dissertations
- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning
- Maintain academic and student records accurately
- Participate in seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs
