Job Role : Associate Professor (MBA Subjects) is responsible for teaching postgraduate management courses, conducting quality research, mentoring students, and contributing to academic leadership within the institution. The role involves delivering specialized MBA subjects such as Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Business Analytics, or Strategy, supervising research projects, publishing scholarly work, and supporting curriculum development. The Associate Professor also assists in accreditation activities, industry collaboration, and institutional development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Teach core and elective MBA subjects as per assigned specialization. 
  • Develop lesson plans, case studies, and course materials.
  • Conduct research and publish papers in reputed peer-reviewed journals.
  • Guide MBA dissertations, research projects, and internships.
  • Assist in curriculum design and syllabus revision.
  • Participate in accreditation processes such as NAAC/NBA documentation.
  • Mentor Assistant Professors and support faculty development activities.
  • Organize seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and conferences.
  • Evaluate student performance through exams and continuous assessment.
  • Serve on academic committees and departmental boards.
  • Build industry connections for student exposure and consultancy.
  • Contribute to institutional growth and strategic initiatives.
