Role Summary : The Back Office Executive supports the administrative and operational functions of the construction company. This role ensures smooth office operations, accurate record-keeping, and efficient coordination between field teams, management, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update project records, files, and databases (contracts, purchase orders, site reports, invoices, etc.). Assist in preparation of project reports, progress reports, and financial documentation for management review. Coordinate communication between on-site teams and head office. Manage office correspondence, emails, and documentation related to ongoing projects. Support procurement and vendor management activities, including preparing purchase requests and tracking deliveries. Assist in maintaining employee records, attendance, and payroll-related information. Ensure proper filing of contracts, agreements, and statutory documents. Help prepare invoices, track payments, and support accounts/finance teams. Liaise with clients, vendors, and subcontractors for administrative coordination. Organize meetings, documentation, and follow-ups for project-related activities.
