Job Role : Back Office Executive provides administrative and operational support to the showroom, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. This role handles documentation, coordination with finance and service departments, and assists in maintaining customer records and inventory management. The Back Office Executive plays a key role in supporting sales and service teams by managing backend operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :  Maintain customer records, vehicle documentation, and sales files accurately. Prepare invoices, quotations, and reports related to sales and service. Coordinate with finance, insurance, and service departments for smooth operations. Track inventory, spare parts, and vehicle delivery schedules. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally. Assist showroom staff in administrative tasks to support sales and service processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
