Back Office Executive
Job Role : Back Office Executive is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales, service, and operations teams. The role involves managing documentation, coordinating with internal departments, assisting with order processing, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office operations. The Back Office Executive plays a vital role in streamlining workflows, supporting customer service, and enabling timely execution of business activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and customer details.
- Process purchase orders, sales orders, and coordinate deliveries.
- Assist sales and service teams with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
- Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and service activities.
- Handle correspondence with suppliers, dealers, and customers.
- Maintain filing systems, documentation, and databases.
- Support billing, payment tracking, and basic accounting tasks.
- Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner.
- Assist HR and administration departments when required.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Support management with data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
