Job Role : Back Office Manager is responsible for supervising and managing all non-customer-facing banking operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth workflow. The role includes overseeing documentation, transaction processing, record maintenance, regulatory reporting, and coordination with front office and branch staff. The Back Office Manager ensures that banking operations are conducted efficiently, securely, and in accordance with cooperative banking regulations and internal policies.

Key Responibilities :

  • Supervise daily back-office banking operations and transaction processing.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of customer records and account documentation.
  • Monitor loan documentation, disbursement records, and repayment tracking.
  • Verify vouchers, entries, and financial transactions for accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with cooperative banking rules and regulatory guidelines.
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
  • Prepare operational and regulatory reports for management.
  • Manage data entry, reconciliation, and record-keeping systems.
  • Support branch operations with administrative and documentation tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information.
