Billing Engineer
Job Role : Billing Engineer is responsible for preparing, verifying, and submitting accurate construction bills, measurements, and cost reports in accordance with contract terms and project progress.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare interim and final bills based on actual site measurements
- Measure quantities from drawings and site executions
- Verify work completed with site engineers and project managers
- Prepare and submit client invoices and running account (RA) bills
- Maintain records of bills, measurements, and approvals
- Track variations, extra items, and change orders
- Coordinate with planning and site teams for progress data
- Ensure billing complies with contract terms and BOQ
- Assist in reconciliation of client payments and project costs
