Job Role : Billing Engineer in a construction company is responsible for preparing, verifying, and managing project billing processes in accordance with contract terms and project progress. The role involves coordinating with project managers, site engineers, clients, and consultants to ensure accurate measurement of work completed, timely submission of invoices, and compliance with contractual and financial guidelines.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Prepare and submit RA bills and final bills as per contract terms.
• Measure and verify quantities executed at site as per drawings and BOQ.
• Coordinate with site team for work progress data and documentation.
• Prepare client billing, subcontractor billing, and reconciliation statements.
• Track variations, extra items, and change orders for billing purposes.
• Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and supporting documents.
• Follow up with clients for invoice certification and payment release.
• Ensure compliance with contractual conditions and tax regulations.
• Assist in cost analysis and cash flow forecasting.
