Billing Engineer – Construction Company
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Engineer to manage project billing, quantity estimation, and documentation for our construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil engineering, good analytical skills, and the ability to prepare accurate bills in coordination with clients, contractors, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare client bills, subcontractor bills, and running account (RA) bills based on actual site progress.
Carry out quantity take-offs from drawings and verify with site measurements.
Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to verify executed work.
Prepare and maintain BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and track work as per project specifications.
Verify subcontractor and vendor bills before submission to accounts.
Ensure all measurements, calculations, and documentation comply with company and client standards.
Assist in preparing cost estimates, rate analysis, and reconciliation statements.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office. Knowledge of estimation, rate analysis, and measurement techniques.
