Branch Manager
Job Role : Branch Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of a branch of the multi-state co-operative urban credit society, ensuring excellent member services, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities : Manage daily branch operations including lending, deposits, and member services. Ensure compliance with multi-state co-operative society regulations and RBI guidelines. Monitor branch financial performance, budgets, and operational efficiency. Lead, supervise, and motivate branch staff to achieve targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with members and local stakeholders. Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and internal control checks. Drive business development initiatives to increase membership and deposits. Prepare operational, financial, and compliance reports for senior management. Address and resolve member queries, complaints, and service issues effectively.
