Job Role :  Branch Manager is responsible for managing overall branch operations, achieving business targets, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining customer relationships, and leading the branch team to deliver high-quality banking services aligned with cooperative banking principles. 

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to banking policies.
Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve branch sales and service targets.
Drive business growth in deposits, loans, agricultural financing, and other cooperative banking products.
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, cooperative bank regulations, and internal audit requirements.
Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve escalated customer issues promptly.
Monitor loan processing, credit appraisal, recovery, and NPA management.
Review branch financial reports, monitor cash flow, and manage risk controls.
Implement marketing and outreach initiatives to promote cooperative bank schemes.
Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and security of branch assets.
Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and maintain a positive work environment.
