Job Role :   Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and overall profitability of the automobile showroom. This role ensures smooth functioning of all departments—including sales, service, finance, and administration—while maintaining high standards of customer service and brand compliance. 

Key Responsibilities : 
Achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets. Monitor and improve sales team performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations.
Maintain showroom standards and brand compliance.
Oversee daily operations across all departments.
Coordinate with service, spare parts, and finance teams.
Manage branch profitability, budgeting, and reporting.
Recruit, train, and motivate showroom staff.
Develop local marketing and promotional activities.
Build and maintain relationships with banks, OEMs, and stakeholders.
