Branch Manager
Job Role: Branch Manager is responsible for overall management of branch operations, business development, member services, and compliance with cooperative laws and society policies, ensuring profitability, growth, and excellent member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Manage financial performance, including income, expenses, and profitability.
Evaluate, approve, and monitor loans while minimizing NPAs.
Maintain excellent relationships with members and address grievances.
Promote deposit schemes, loans, and society services to grow business.
Ensure compliance with cooperative laws, RBI/NABARD guidelines, and internal policies. Lead, train, and supervise branch staff for optimal performance.
Prepare and submit reports to management and coordinate with auditors.
