Centreless Grinder Operator
Key Responsibilities: Operate centreless grinding machines to manufacture precision parts. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Set up machines, adjust grinding parameters, and select appropriate wheels. Monitor machine operation to ensure accuracy, speed, and quality. Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Perform routine machine maintenance and report any malfunctions. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
