Job Role : Civil Engineer at Engineers & Contractors Company is responsible for planning, designing, supervising, and managing construction and infrastructure projects such as residential, commercial, industrial, and public works. The role involves ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The Civil Engineer coordinates with project managers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution while maintaining technical accuracy and site efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

  •  Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building and infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, cost estimates, and technical reports.
  • Supervise site activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure completion within timelines and budget.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Review and approve construction materials and workmanship.
  • Manage subcontractors and labor workforce efficiently.
  • Perform quantity surveying and material reconciliation.
  • Implement quality control procedures on-site.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
  • Assist in tender preparation and contract documentation.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of site activities.
  • Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
