Clerk
Job Role : Clerk is responsible for handling routine office work, maintaining records, assisting in financial and administrative tasks, and supporting the smooth functioning of the charitable trust under the guidance of the Trust Manager or Trustees.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain files, registers, and official records of the trust
- Handle inward and outward correspondence (letters, emails, notices)
- Assist in preparation and maintenance of accounts, vouchers, and receipts
- Record donations, grants, and beneficiary details accurately
- Support billing, payment entries, and basic bookkeeping work
- Maintain attendance, staff records, and volunteer details
- Assist in preparing reports, statements, and documents for audits
- Coordinate with banks, government offices, and auditors when required
- Help in organizing trust programs, events, and meetings
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and trust materials
- Ensure proper documentation for statutory and legal compliance
- Perform any other clerical and office-related duties as assigned
