Job Role :Clerk is responsible for handling day-to-day administrative and operational tasks at the branch, ensuring accurate record-keeping, smooth transaction processing, and supporting staff and members efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :  

  • Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, and other member transactions accurately.
  • Maintain records of all financial transactions and member accounts.
  • Assist in loan documentation and processing.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the branch.
  • Answer member queries and provide necessary support.
  • Manage files, documents, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with banking and cooperative society regulations.
  • Support branch staff in administrative and operational tasks.
  • Assist in audits and internal inspections as required.
  • Promote branch products and services to members when needed.
