Job Role : Clerk is responsible for handling day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, assisting customers with banking services, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the bank’s staff in delivering efficient financial services

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts and records accurately.
  • Assist in preparing reports, statements, and financial documents.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Support loan processing and verification tasks.
  • Manage filing, documentation, and record-keeping efficiently.
  • Provide information and guidance to customers regarding bank services.
