Job Role : Clerk is responsible for handling day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, assisting customers with banking services, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the bank’s staff in delivering efficient financial services
Key Responsibilities :
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Maintain and update customer accounts and records accurately.
- Assist in preparing reports, statements, and financial documents.
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients and internal teams.
- Support loan processing and verification tasks.
- Manage filing, documentation, and record-keeping efficiently.
- Provide information and guidance to customers regarding bank services.
