Clerk
Job Role : Clerk is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks of the cooperative society, including maintaining records, processing transactions, assisting members, handling correspondence, and supporting management to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Key Responsibility : Maintain and update society records, registers, and files. Handle correspondence, emails, and communications with members and regulatory authorities. Assist in processing deposits, withdrawals, loan applications, and other financial transactions. Prepare reports, statements, and schedules for management and auditors. Schedule meetings, maintain minutes, and assist in day-to-day office administration. Ensure proper filing and retrieval of documents, including legal and financial papers. Provide support during audits, inspections, or regulatory compliance checks. Respond to member queries and provide guidance on society services. Assist senior staff and management in operational and administrative tasks.
