Clinical Instructor
Job Role : Clinical Instructor is responsible for supervising, guiding, and evaluating nursing students during their clinical training in hospitals or healthcare settings, ensuring students gain practical skills and adhere to professional standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and guide nursing students during clinical postings and practical sessions
- Demonstrate and teach clinical procedures, techniques, and patient care practices
- Evaluate students’ clinical performance and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, safety standards, and nursing ethics
- Assist students in developing critical thinking and decision-making skills in clinical settings
- Maintain accurate records of students’ attendance, performance, and assessments
- Coordinate with hospital staff, faculty, and administration for smooth clinical training
- Conduct skill labs, workshops, and simulation sessions as needed
