CNC Programming Supervisor
Job Role : CNC Programming Supervisor is responsible for creating, reviewing, and optimizing CNC programs, supervising CNC machinists, ensuring production accuracy, and maintaining machine efficiency. This role ensures high-quality machining standards, smooth workflow, and adherence to production targets.
Key Responsibilities : Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, and other CNC machines. Review engineering drawings and specifications to develop accurate machining processes. Supervise CNC operators and ensure proper machine setup and operation. Plan daily production activities and ensure timely completion of machining jobs. Troubleshoot machining issues, tool wear problems, and programming errors. Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for efficient machining. Ensure product quality by monitoring dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish. Train CNC operators on programming changes, machine handling, and safety procedures.

Experience with CAM software (Mastercam, SolidCAM, Fusion 360, etc.). Good understanding of tooling, fixtures, machining strategies, and materials. Strong supervisory, communication, and team coordination skills.
