CNC/VNC Operator
Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC and VMC machines to manufacture precision components. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Set up machines, select tools, and adjust parameters for production. Monitor machine operation, maintain optimal speed and accuracy. Conduct quality checks on finished parts and ensure adherence to tolerances. Maintain machine cleanliness, perform basic maintenance, and report issues. Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Collaborate with production and quality teams for smooth workflow.
