Construction Supervisor
Job Role : Construction Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities at the project site to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. The role involves coordinating with site engineers, contractors, workers, and suppliers to maintain quality, productivity, and safety while ensuring timely completion of construction works.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily construction activities at the site
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams
- Monitor work progress and report to site engineer/project manager
- Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards
- Enforce safety rules and site safety practices
- Manage labor allocation and productivity
- Check materials received at site for quality and quantity
- Maintain daily site records and work progress reports
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly
- Support inspections by engineers, consultants, and authorities
- Ensure housekeeping and discipline at the construction site
