CRM Executive
Job Role : CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Executive in a jewellery shop is responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty. They maintain and update the customer database, track customer interactions, and develop targeted communication strategies for promotions, offers, and new collections. The role involves understanding customer preferences, purchase history, and feedback to deliver personalized experiences that increase satisfaction and engagement
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update the customer database accurately
- Track customer interactions, feedback, and purchase history
- Design and execute customer engagement campaigns via email, SMS, and calls
- Manage loyalty programs, VIP customer events, and special promotions
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for targeted campaigns
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and preferences
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner
- Generate reports on customer engagement, sales follow-ups, and campaign effectiveness
- Ensure customer information privacy and compliance with data protection standards
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business
