Customer Advisor – Automobile Showroom
Job Role : The Customer Advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service to showroom visitors by assisting them in selecting the right vehicle, explaining product features, and ensuring a smooth buying experience. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, product knowledge, and sales support to achieve dealership targets.
Key Responsibilities:
*Greet and welcome customers visiting the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.
*Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable vehicle models.
*Explain product features, specifications, variants, finance options, and after-sales services.
*Arrange and assist customers with test drives.
*Coordinate with the Sales Executive / Sales Manager to finalize quotations and deals.
*Follow up with customers on inquiries, bookings, and delivery updates.
*Handle customer documentation, registration, insurance, and delivery formalities.
