Job Role : Customer Care Manager is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service across all touchpoints in the showroom. This role focuses on managing customer interactions, resolving complaints, improving customer satisfaction, and building long-term relationships to enhance brand loyalty and retention. 

 Key Responsibilities : 

  • Oversee all customer care activities in the showroom
  • Manage the customer service team and guide them to deliver high-quality service
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
  • Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards
  • Monitor customer feedback and take proactive actions to improve service quality
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, service, and support teams
  • Track and analyze customer satisfaction metrics (NPS, feedback surveys, etc.)
  • Conduct regular training for showroom staff on customer handling and communication
