Customer Relationship Executive
Job Role : Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience before, during, and after vehicle sales. The role focuses on customer follow-ups, satisfaction, retention, and coordination between sales, service, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
- Conduct follow-up calls for enquiries, test drives, bookings, and deliveries
- Coordinate between customers, sales executives, and delivery teams
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and documentation completion
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests politely and efficiently
- Conduct post-delivery follow-ups and customer satisfaction surveys
- Manage feedback, referrals, and repeat business opportunities
- Support sales team in lead management and customer retention
- Ensure compliance with brand and company customer experience standards
