Job Role :  Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience before, during, and after vehicle sales. The role focuses on customer follow-ups, satisfaction, retention, and coordination between sales, service, and delivery teams. 

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom
  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
  • Conduct follow-up calls for enquiries, test drives, bookings, and deliveries
  • Coordinate between customers, sales executives, and delivery teams
  • Ensure timely vehicle delivery and documentation completion
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests politely and efficiently
  • Conduct post-delivery follow-ups and customer satisfaction surveys
  • Manage feedback, referrals, and repeat business opportunities
  • Support sales team in lead management and customer retention
  • Ensure compliance with brand and company customer experience standards
