Job Role :  Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and supporting sales and after-sales engagement for electric vehicles. Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and supporting sales and after-sales engagement for electric vehicles. 

Key Responsibilities :  

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Ensure a superior customer experience throughout the vehicle buying and ownership journey
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints effectively
  • Follow up with leads generated by showroom or marketing campaigns
  • Assist sales executives in converting leads into sales
  • Manage customer data in CRM systems and maintain accurate records
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies
  • Organize events, product demonstrations, and EV awareness sessions for customers
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experience
