Job Role : Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and supporting sales and after-sales engagement for electric vehicles. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Ensure a superior customer experience throughout the vehicle buying and ownership journey
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints effectively
- Follow up with leads generated by showroom or marketing campaigns
- Assist sales executives in converting leads into sales
- Manage customer data in CRM systems and maintain accurate records
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Organize events, product demonstrations, and EV awareness sessions for customers
- Coordinate with sales, service, and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experience
