Job Role : The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for managing and enhancing the overall customer experience throughout the vehicle purchase and ownership journey. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, ensuring timely communication, handling feedback and complaints, and driving customer retention and loyalty for the showroom.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure a seamless and pleasant experience from pre-sale to post-sale stages.
*Coordinate with sales, service, and finance teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
* Record, investigate, and resolve customer complaints effectively.
* Escalate unresolved issues to management and ensure proper follow-up.
* Develop and execute programs to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
*Plan special offers, appreciation events, or campaigns for existing customers.
*Work closely with sales and service departments to ensure consistent communication.
*Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM database.
*Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions and satisfaction scores.
