Job Role :  CX Manager is responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience at all touchpoints in the automobile showroom, from first visit to post-sales service, by improving satisfaction, loyalty, and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and improve overall customer experience in the showroom
  • Ensure high standards of customer service across sales and service teams
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction scores
  • Train staff on customer handling and service etiquette Coordinate with sales, service, and marketing departments
  • Ensure smooth customer journey from inquiry to delivery
  • Implement CX strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty
  • Track customer experience metrics and prepare reports
  • Maintain brand standards and service quality guidelines
