Job Role : The DCS Operator is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing various sugar factory processes through the Distributed Control System (DCS). The role ensures smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the plant sections such as milling, boiling house, evaporation, crystallization, and co-generation (if applicable).

Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor plant processes through DCS / SCADA systems to maintain desired parameters. Control temperature, pressure, flow, and level within specified limits for efficient operation. Coordinate with field operators, electrical, and mechanical teams for normal operation and troubleshooting. Log process readings and events in the DCS and maintain shift records. Report abnormal conditions, alarms, or equipment faults to the shift in-charge. Assist in plant start-up, shutdown, and emergency handling as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
