Eduaction Counsellor
Job Role : Educational Counselor guides and assists students in choosing suitable undergraduate and postgraduate programs across Engineering, Medical, MBA, and Law disciplines. This role involves understanding students’ academic goals, providing information on courses and institutions, supporting the admission process, and ensuring a positive counseling experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Understand students’ academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
Provide guidance on course selection, universities, colleges, and admission requirements.
Explain program structures, eligibility criteria, fees, scholarships, and placement opportunities.
Assist students in preparing and submitting applications, documents, and other admission formalities.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, workshops, and seminars for prospective students.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
Maintain records of student interactions, follow-ups, and admission progress.
Stay updated on university policies, admission deadlines, and industry trends.
Address student queries, concerns, and provide post-admission support as needed.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate leads and increase enrollment.
