Electrician
Job Role : Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, inspecting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. The role ensures all electrical work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
Key Responsibilities :
- Install, maintain, and repair wiring, electrical panels, switches, outlets, and lighting systems
- Inspect electrical systems to identify faults, hazards, or defects
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems using appropriate tools and testing equipment
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety procedures
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive inspections
- Replace or repair faulty electrical components
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades on-site
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe condition
