Job Role : Estimation & Billing Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, managing budgets, and handling billing processes. This role ensures financial control by analyzing project requirements, coordinating with teams, issuing invoices, and monitoring project expenditures to support timely and precise project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects including materials, labor, and overheads
• Analyze project requirements and specifications to develop accurate budgets
• Review drawings, specifications, and project plans for estimation purposes
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project teams for cost inputs
• Prepare and issue client bills, invoices, and payment schedules
• Track project expenditures and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints
• Maintain records of estimates, bills, and financial documentation
• Assist in contract negotiations related to project costs and billing
• Monitor progress of ongoing projects for financial reporting and control
