Factory Engineer
Job Role : Factory Engineer is responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and smooth operation of factory production processes, machinery, and equipment. The role focuses on improving productivity, minimizing downtime, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily factory operations and ensure uninterrupted production
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair machinery and production equipment
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
- Monitor production efficiency and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
- Supervise installation, commissioning, and modification of machines
- Analyze downtime, root causes, and corrective actions
- Maintain maintenance logs, technical records, and reports
- Train operators and technicians on equipment operation and safety
