Job Role :  Factory Manager of a Hydraulic Products Manufacturing Company is responsible for overseeing complete factory operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, inventory, and workforce management. The role ensures efficient manufacturing of hydraulic products in line with production targets, quality standards, safety regulations, and cost objectives. The Factory Manager leads teams across departments, optimizes processes, ensures compliance with industry standards, and drives continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence. 

Key Responsibilities :  

  • Plan, organize, and manage daily factory operations
  • Ensure production targets are met as per schedules and quality standards
  • Supervise manufacturing of hydraulic components and systems
  • Implement and monitor quality control and testing procedures
  • Manage manpower, shifts, training, and performance
  • Ensure proper maintenance of machines, tools, and equipment
  • Control production costs, wastage, and material usage
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and sales teams
  • Manage inventory of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
  • Resolve production issues and improve operational efficiency
  • Implement continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices
  • Prepare production reports and present data to management
