Job Role :  Field Officer is responsible for carrying out regular field visits to promote the company’s agricultural and building material products, support customers at the ground level, and strengthen relationships with farmers, dealers, retailers, and contractors. The role involves providing product information and basic technical guidance, collecting market and competitor insights, assisting in sales and promotional activities, ensuring proper product visibility, and maintaining accurate field reports. 

Key Responsibilities : 

• Conduct regular field visits to farmers, retailers, dealers, contractors, and construction sites.
• Promote agricultural products (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, irrigation systems) and building materials (cement, steel, bricks, tiles, sand, hardware).
• Provide product demonstrations, usage guidance, and basic technical support at the field level.
• Collect market information on customer needs, pricing, demand, and competitor activities.
• Assist in implementing sales and marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support sales officers in achieving sales targets and expanding market reach.
• Ensure proper product visibility, display, and branding at retail and field locations.
• Coordinate order booking, delivery follow-ups, and payment collection support.
• Maintain daily field visit reports and customer records.
