Finance Executive
Job Role : Finance Executive is responsible for managing financial operations related to vehicle sales, including processing customer financing, coordinating with banks and financial institutions, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting overall financial compliance within the showroom. The role ensures smooth loan processing, timely payments, and transparent financial transactions to enhance customer satisfaction and business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for vehicle loan approvals and processing.
- Explain financing options, loan schemes, and EMI plans to customers.
- Prepare and verify financial documents, agreements, and payment records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Monitor pending payments, loan disbursements, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate financial records and generate regular reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Reconcile accounts and support internal and external audits.
- Work closely with the sales team to facilitate smooth vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer queries related to finance, insurance, and extended warranties.
