Floor Supervisor
Job Role: Floor Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the showroom floor, ensuring smooth functioning, excellent customer service, and effective coordination between sales, service, and support staff. The role involves monitoring staff performance, assisting customers, and maintaining the showroom’s overall appearance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise showroom floor activities and staff performance.
- Assist customers with inquiries, vehicle demonstrations, and product information.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment.
- Coordinate between sales, service, and administrative teams.
- Monitor and report on showroom performance, targets, and customer feedback.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Train and mentor showroom staff for better service delivery.
