Floor Supervisor
Job Role : Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the showroom or store floor, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining floor organization, and supporting sales and service teams to achieve targets
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate floor staff for smooth operations
- Monitor customer interactions and ensure high service standards
- Assist staff in handling queries or complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the floor
- Track performance metrics and report to management
- Train, mentor, and guide new or existing floor staff
- Manage staff scheduling and task allocation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures
- Support sales and service teams in achieving targets
