Job Role : General Manager (GM) is responsible for overall leadership, strategic planning, and operational management of the multi-state co-operative urban credit society. The GM ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines, drives business growth, manages financial performance, and oversees member services.

Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement the society’s strategic plans and business goals. Oversee daily operations, including lending, deposit mobilization, and member services. Ensure compliance with multi-state co-operative laws, RBI/registrar guidelines, and internal policies. Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability of the society. Lead, mentor, and manage staff across multiple branches or regions. Foster relationships with members, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities. Evaluate and mitigate operational, credit, and compliance risks. Drive initiatives for business growth, product development, and service excellence.
