General Manager
Job Role : General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, performance, and strategic direction of the company. Acting as the key link between the board of directors and operational teams, the GM ensures that business objectives are met, resources are efficiently utilized, and the company grows profitably while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and employee engagement.
