Job Role : General Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction of the automobile showroom. This leadership role involves managing sales, service, finance, marketing, and administrative departments to ensure smooth functioning, achievement of business targets, and alignment with company policies and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage daily operations of sales, service, finance, and support departments.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability of the showroom.
- Recruit, train, and supervise department managers and staff.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
- Build strong relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and financial institutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to improve performance.
- Oversee inventory management and vehicle stock planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
