General Manager(Admin )
Job Role : General Manager (Administration) is responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative functions of the agricultural company to ensure smooth daily operations across farms, processing units, warehouses, and corporate offices. The role involves policy implementation, facility management, vendor coordination, statutory compliance, workforce supervision, and strategic administrative planning. The GM (Admin) ensures operational efficiency, cost control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance while supporting agricultural production, supply chain, and business expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Oversee facility management for farms, warehouses, and offices.
- Ensure compliance with agricultural, environmental, and labor regulations.
- Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and service agreements.
- Supervise security, transport, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Control administrative budgets and optimize operational costs.
- Coordinate logistics support for farm operations and supply chain.
- Maintain company assets, infrastructure, and utilities.
- Implement safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Support HR in workforce accommodation and welfare facilities.
- Monitor documentation, licenses, permits, and statutory renewals.
- Lead crisis management and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and field operations.
- Drive digitalization and process improvement in administrative systems.
- Support expansion projects, land acquisition, and infrastructure setup.
