Job Role : The Helper (Office and Shopfloor) supports both administrative and operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow in office and production areas. They assist staff, maintain cleanliness and organization, and perform general tasks as required to support overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist with basic office tasks like filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
  • Support shopfloor operations, including handling materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in office and shopfloor areas.
  • Help with inventory management, packing, labeling, and material transfers.
  • Run errands and provide general assistance to staff and supervisors.
  • Follow safety, operational, and company guidelines at all times.
  • Report issues, shortages, or maintenance needs to supervisors promptly.
  • Assist in setting up or organizing workspaces and equipment.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management to support operations.
  • Ensure smooth workflow by cooperating with both office and floor teams.
